Do not use RemindFuture to send illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful content; to infringe intellectual property rights; to send malware or phishing; or to violate privacy or data protection laws.

RemindFuture does not review or assume responsibility for user-submitted content, and disclaims all liability arising from such content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse or suspected unlawful use, and to cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to deliver reminders exactly as scheduled, technical errors, internet issues, or third-party service failures can occasionally prevent delivery. RemindFuture is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be received, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed obligation that may result if a reminder is not delivered as expected.
